Why do I get an "Excess flood" from the server?

A common IRC server is by default not optimal configured to run TeamDraw. You need either to configure the connection settings or to reconfigure the IRC server. The connection configuration with "Periodicity: 2200" and "Messages per periodicity: 1" runs on every IRC server, however, the information exchange is too slow for a reasonable drawing session.
