About TeamDraw

TeamDraw is written in C++ using the Qt framework. Qt offers the possibility to easily port your software to different platforms. Currently a Windows port is planned, unfortunately Qt3 for Windows is not freely available. The Windows version will be available as soon as Qt3 will be freely available or someone spends the money to afford the license ;-)

History

TeamDraw started initially in 2004 as a project work from Andrew Mustun, Laurent Cohn and Thomas Jund at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur.

The need for an open and simple solution to share visual data over the Internet seemed obvious. The license was not a matter of discussion, it was clear at the beginning of the project that it will be under the terms of the GNU license.

Bug Report

TeamDraw is a new project, so you may find some problems. If you cannot find the solution after looking up the FAQ. Please contact Thomas Jund. Suggestions about useful features as well as help on testing, compiling or creating packages for new platforms are appreciated.
